Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

Unless In stock,  items will be available for pre order. Please give us 7 - 12 business days for all preorder items, 2 - 5 buisness days for processing your order before shipping, and 2 - 5 business days for shipping. Orders will not be processed weekends  and holidays. Once order is shipped, tracking numbers will be provided to the email address provided during time of purchase.

 

Her Collections is not responding for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the shipping service and file a claim. If you selected Route Package Protection at checkout, your package is fully protected from loss damage or theft and you  must submit your claim through ROUTE.

 

Her Collections does not hold any responsibility for packages that have shipped.

Please refer to tracking number sent to your email for real time information once your order has been shipped.

 

Her Collection is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather delays, holiday delays, natural disasters, and or any courier delays.

 

RETURN/ EXCHANGE INFORMATION:

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Her Collections, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees or store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.

 

We do not have any return/ exchange policy at the moment so please double check items before purchasing.
